This is an overall full body massage with the intent of relaxation, reducing stress and easing over worked muscles. Swedish Massage helps promote healthier circulation, decreases toxins and reduces tension. A full massage includes face, scalp, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, abdomen and back.

An excellent treatment for chronically tense or contracted areas.

Reflexology
This is a technique used to stimulate the thousands of nerve ending found in each foot.
These Nerve endings correspond to specific parts of the body including bones, nerves, organs and glands. By stimulating the appropriate region, it is intended to eliminate energy blockages thought to produce pain or disease in the related areas.

This is perfect for parties or events in the Workplace, employee or Teacher appreciation.
Chair massage is a great benefit because it can increase associate productivity and also help boost morale.
This massage is performed with the client fully dressed and will usually last 15 - 20 minutes per session.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others clients whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, it will then be determined if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
