We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.
To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule that appointment time. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you may be charged the full amount of your appointment. Payment of this fee may be required prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others clients whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, it will then be determined if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session fee. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients,
please plan accordingly and be on time.
Please note: All clients will be draped at all times during their massage. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered and then it will covered again when finished. You will never be touched on or near the genitals or breasts. Any inappropriate behavior or action by the client will result in immediate termination of the session.
I do not offer any sensual or erotic services.

The treatment of the feet has been found in imagery and texts dating back to ancient Egypt, India and China. It is a technique used to stimulate the thousands of nerve endings found in each foot. These nerve endings correspond to specific parts of the body, including bones, nerves, organs and glands. By stimulating the appropriate region, is intended to eliminate energy
blockages thought to produce pain or disease in the related areas.
Reflexology can be relaxing as well as help relieve stress and tension throughout the body. It can help improve circulation and lymphatic flow, and helps unblock nerve impulse pathways. These benefits all work toward helping the body to heal itself by restoring its energetic balance.
Reflexology is used to prevent, rather than cure. It should not be used to replace proper medical care, but it can be used as a complimentary method to help relieve a wide variety of ailments. Such as Allergies and sinus problems, arthritis, back pain and sciatica, high blood pressure, headaches (including migraine), insomnia, menstrual cramps, PMS, constipation
and of course Stress.
At the beginning of the session we will discuss your medical history and find out what your expectations are. The session will include an inspection of the feet and some stretching and relaxation techniques. This will be followed by a thorough massage of both the bottom and top of the feet and the calf area. Several different methods of pressure will be used and this pressure will vary on the different areas of the foot as needed. Sessions can be from 30 minutes to an hour or more.
